Chiropractic
Chiropractic care is not focused on treating specific conditions or diseases; instead, it centers on restoring proper function within the body. Through gentle and precise spinal adjustments, chiropractors work directly with the nervous system to reduce stress and interference that can disrupt communication between the brain and body. When this interference is reduced, the body is better able to function as it was designed.
Every system in the body—including the circulatory, digestive, immune, muscular, reproductive, respiratory, hormonal, and skeletal systems—relies on a healthy, properly functioning nervous system. When the nervous system is working optimally, the body can coordinate, regulate, and heal more effectively.

Craniosacral Fascial Therapy
Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) is a gentle, hands on body work with powerful therapeutic effects.
CFT was developed by Dr. Barry Gillespie, is built on the idea that the craniosacral and fascial systems function as a single, integrated network rather than as separate structures. This approach combines key elements of Dr. William Sutherland’s Craniosacral Therapy and John Barnes’ Myofascial Release, while also incorporating dental-based techniques informed by Dr. Gillespie’s background and clinical experience as a periodontist. The result is a therapeutic method that addresses the body’s connective tissues and craniosacral system as one unified system.
CFT can be used with individuals of all ages and may help address a wide range of conditions and health concerns.
